Kasier Off the page

Kasier have got some great products coming out lately. Even their packaging is awesome and reusable for storing flowers; rubons; buttons; brads and bling. Watch out over the next few months for some of the great off the page products that they are releasing. I love Kaiser off the page items because they are often very practical and useful also - not just dust collecting ornaments for around the house. RTlicious are hosting two classes coming up in March and April for two of these practical off the page solution - Kaiser drawers (created by RHonda) and a gorgeous birdhouse key holder (created by Jenyce). Our newsletter will be coming out over the next week with more information.
I personally cant wait for the other times kaiser are releasing in march to spruce up my desk... Watch this space.
I love making personal gifts for my friends birthdays and recently my friend Mel celebrated her 34th birthday (haha - sorry Mel). I made her a notebook so she could use for notes from one of the latest Kaiser Off the Page items - here is my sample. I wanted to make it quite simple so it lasts and being a teacher - she needs it to be practical. Hope you like it Mel!
For the notebook I used Kasier BTP notebook; Prima papers and Prima flowers. Rings by Kaiser. Letters by Basic Grey.

The following layout was using Kaiser papers. I also used the Cricut to cut out my diecut backgrounds. Also used was sewing; Kaiser and Prima flowers; Prima bling; and Websters cameo.

I love this next photo - taken last March on my Nan's birthday. This is my Nan with our two girls and Nan & Pop's great grand daughters. I love the bond my girls have with my grandparents. In this layout I used the Cuttlebug; Webster's papers and stickers; Bazzill cardstock; Kaiser paper; Kaiser and Prima flowers; October afternoon felt; and Prima pearls.

This layout was also used for Sketch 41 from Inspired Blue Prints. For more samples of the sketch see http://inspiredblueprints.ning.com/photo.

The layout below was used for the 6th RTlicious challenge - use a shape as an element on your page. For this page I used my Cricut to create the circles, Kasier papers; Bazzill card; Basic grey letters; K & Co stickers.

The next layout is my sample of Challenge 7 -create a layout using photos with no people. The layout was made using papers from Kaiser; pearls from Prima; diecuts and elements from Kaiser; flowers from Green Tara and chipboard from Twiddleybitz.

Have a lovely Valentine's Day!

5 More Sleeps

Only 5 more sleeps until the Annual RTlicious retreat! Cant believe it has come around so fast again. We are all so excited and cant wait - the girls are going to have such an awesome time.

I am now into my fourth day of full time work and first official week. I am rally enjoying getting back into the environmental field and cant wait to get out there. It definitely has been a little more crazy around home though but the girls are adjusting well.
Today was also Seekara's fist day of pre-primary - our big girl! She looked so adorable in her green uniform today and had a really good day at school.
On the scrapping front - here is some of what I have been up to...

Pop Star layout above - I cut out some card stock using the Hannah Montanna cartridge; papers include Bazzil and Making Memories; rubons from miscellaneous (I used heaps of different rubons here).
Hair and Makeup using Websters pages and Basic Grey letters.
Nervous giggles - paper from Basic Grey and American Crafts; Green distressed ink; Kasier & Basic Grey bling; Collections words; German Scrap from Wednesday Wishes; and Letters from Basic Grey.

Shes got that Vibe - Layout using papers from Sassafras Lass and Little Shoebox; Fiskars Apron Lace punch; Kaiser bling; kindy glitz; letters by Basic Grey and Jenni Bowlin.
Enjoy the rest of your week
